That said, if I could install the copy of Logic Pro X that I purchased with my MacBook, which is running 10.8.4, onto my main production machine, I might be up for it. I have no intention of fussing with this setup too terribly much because it "just works" and meets my needs pretty well. Well that, or he's in a similar situation to me: My main desktop (a MacPro 3,1) is on 10.6.8 because it allows me to run some old legacy software (let's say: SoundDiver and CDxtract) and is dead stable. Unfortunately, cracked versions only work on cracked versions of OS X on hackintoshes with screens made from baby seal brains. You can't download it from the app store without 10.8.4, so I assume you're using a cracked version.
